We recommend that expectant parents order their birth kit at around 35 weeks gestation in order for it to arrive in time for the birth. While most orders ship in 1-2 days and arrive within a week, this timeline allows for extra time in the event that the package is delayed or damaged in transit or if we need to ship one of the items separately.

Economy Shipping

Our Economy shipping option is the cheapest shipping option we offer our customers and is free for orders of $125 or more.  For this value, your order may take up to 7 business days to arrive (or 4 business days for select Texas zip codes) after the order ships. You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Orders will be shipped via the USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS SurePost or UPS Ground.

UPS Ground

1-5 business days

• Arrives in 1-5 business days after shipment depending upon location
• Delivered Monday-Friday
• Physical address required (cannot be delivered to a PO Box)
• Can be delivered to both Commercial and Residential locations
• Delivery is not guaranteed within a certain timeframe. 

USPS Priority Mail

1-4 business days

• Arrives in 1-4 business days after shipment depending upon location
• Delivered Monday-Saturday
• Can be delivered to both Commercial and Residential locations
• Delivery is not guaranteed within a certain timeframe. 

Local Pickup/Will Call

• Come by our office in Liberty Hill, TX to pickup your package, the address will be emailed to you as soon as the order is ready.

Expedited Shipping

Orders must be placed by 12PM Central Time Monday-Friday for guaranteed same day shipment of in-stock items.

UPS 2nd Day Air® 

• Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days after shipping day (Monday-Friday)
• Saturday delivery is available for an additional cost (for orders shipping on Thursday)
• A physical address is required (cannot be delivered to a PO Box)
• Delays due to weather are non-refundable.

UPS Next Day Air Saver®

• Guaranteed delivery in 1 business day after shipping day (Monday-Friday)
• Saturday delivery is available for an additional cost (for orders shipping on Friday)
• A physical address is required (cannot be delivered to a PO Box)
• Delays due to weather are non-refundable

Processing times

During the business week, most orders ship within 24 hours.  Tracking information is available on all shipments.  Some orders may be delayed due to products being out of stock.

Backordered Items

Occasionally we may not have sufficient stock on hand to completely fill your order.  In this case we will backorder the items in your order we are short of and will send them separately once they arrive via our economy shipping service. This is no additional shipping charge. 

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Shipping 

We offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipping along with UPS Ground and Air shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  Orders sent to these destinations are not eligible for free shipping although we discount the shipping cost to try and make it as affordable as possible. Depending on the option you choose please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.  If you have further questions please contact us.   

International Orders

Due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot guarantee delivery of any order shipped outside the United States. For these orders we are not able to offer refunds or returns and tracking updates will be limited.

All international orders are final.  We cannot guarantee delivery of any order that ships beyond the United States due to logistical circumstances beyond our control.  If you have trouble regarding an international order, or for more information, please contact us.  All international orders are subject to an additional payment verification period before they can be shipped which may take up to 1 week.  If the international shipping quote you receive is incorrect or insufficient we reserve the right to contact you about other shipping options and cannot guarantee shipment per any international shipping quote issued on our website. 

If your order is shipping USPS First Class Mail International, deliveries generally take between 14–28 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

Lost Packages

If your order tracking information shows the order as delivered but you cannot locate your package please visit this page for further steps to take. We may be unable to replace lost packages that are not reported within 3 days of being scanned as delivered.  In His Hands is not responsible for addresses submitted incorrectly or for packages which are stolen.  

Damaged Packages

In His Hands is committed to providing excellent packing and shipping.  If any of your items are damaged when they arrive please contact us promptly so we can quickly resolve it for you (bonus points if you can provide pictures!).

Free shipping

All orders over $125 are eligible for free economy shipping. This applies only to orders shipping to the US Continental 48 states and the total must be $125 before tax and any discounts. This value shipping method may take up to 7 business days to arrive after the order ships. 

Sales Tax

Orders shipping to Texas addresses will be charged a 8.25% state sales tax on taxable items.   If your order is tax-exempt please contact us for a refund.

• We do our best to make sure the correct photo and price are shown. Sometimes we make a mistake. If this happens, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, to ship the correct item or to correct the mistake.
