A great postpartum helper

I struggle a lot emotionally after having my babies, and this tincture helps me feel more balanced, as it says. I take it 3 times a day and it really helps lift the cloud above my head. It's easy to take, and I personally don't dilute it in water. The taste is strong, but not bad. I recommend this tincture to every mom after having a baby!
