She is passionate in her role as mentor and coach for student midwives around North American and is committed to helping them become Midwives of Excellence. Charlene enjoys walking in nature, singing, and spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their children and grandchildren.

GENERAL SKILLS FOR THE STUDENT MIDWIFE

I recently purchased these DVDs to refresh my mind and to fill in the gaps of my education. I feel video training is a must for all distance midwifery students who want to keep their skills sharp and polished. As a midwife, I want to be able to give my clients the best of my knowledge and experience, so it is important to keep my education abrest. These DVDs have proved very helpful! I only wish the quality was a bit better in certain sections.
