Disposable underwear
These were great! Much better than the mesh parties plus a bulky pad. I used them the last week before birth for my extreme incontinence and then after birth.

So uncomfortable
These are not underwear. They are adult diapers. They are huge, bulky, and uncomfortable. Would not recommend. You can find better quality disposable underwear that actually fit at most grocery stores.

Workes super well for after birth pads. However would not recommend it for urinating in should you find yourself needing to go shortly after giving birth.

Way Better Than Mesh Panties!!!
These are SO much better than mesh panties! I wish I had known about their effectiveness with my first birth! I only wore them for a couple of days after my second birth, but the Large coverage was excellent on my size 16 body and I never had to worry about leaking while I was snuggling my precious new baby.

Easy no fuss
Hospitals should really catch up to using these postpartum. It was mich better than the mesh underwear, or underwear + pad. Usually I'm a cup or cloth user, but for that postpartum period when you're so busy and tired and recovering, this is so much easier.
