Must-have
These undies might be my top-recommended product for postpartum. This particular brand was comfortable. I recommend adding these to your cart if you're building your birth kit.

These are perfect
Purchased a couple of these per recommendation of my midwife and glad I did. These are very comfortable and convenient to use. I got only 3 and regreted that I didn't get a few more.

A must have for me
Using these disposable underwear for the first days after birth was really nice. Having this amount of coverage and comfort while staying in bed, taking care of baby, etc was appreciated. I bought them individually, about eight or so, I could've used a few more. If in doubt of the sizing, size up! That's what I did, and I'm so glad.

Medium? More like extra small!
The size mediums were miserably tight and made postpartum cramps feel worse.

Orange fit nicely, pink too tight
Orange ones fit me, but the pink ones were way too tight. With postpartum contractions, these underwear were just unbearable. Do not like the plastic material either. Way too hot and generates terrible odors.

Should have ordered more!
These were fantastic! No pads no leaking, better fit only wish I'd ordered more because when I ran out I used depends and the smell was awful and felt perfumed.

PP underwear
No matter how many your provider recommends you to get, order more! They are loose enough to accomodate a mega pad. These are a necessity post-partum. I should know, I'm expecting my 5th.
