Warning

The generic formula contains Blue Cohosh which can affect blood pressure in some women. We also offer this supplement in a version that does not contain Blue Cohosh or Red Raspberry. We are not able to offer returns on opened bottles.

Suggested Use

Use a 4 oz bottle for the suggested schedule starting five weeks prior to your due date. Finishing the bottle is still beneficial to you during the first 2 weeks after delivery.

Suggested Schedule

Week 1: Take 1/4 teaspoon before morning and evening meals.

Week 2: Take 1/4 teaspoon 3 times daily before meals.

Maintain this dosage until delivery. If the above dosage is used for 5 weeks it will use 24.5 teaspoons. There are 24 teaspoons in the 4 ounce bottle.
