    Eh

These are close to real underwear but if you have a big butt then I’d go for depends. I’m not large but my butt did gain during pregnancy. The top lining began to cut into my stomach and press too hard. I definitely noticed when my baby was nursing and the contractions were going. The lining would cut into my stomach and make it painful. Plus, the large pads don’t fit well. They don’t really have a good spot to keep the pad because it’s thin. If you’re smaller than a large or extra large then you might be okay. I found depends to be better because they stretch and will go over the belly somewhat. Plus, large pads can sit in them.

Just as comfortable as I remember! So nice to have some of these on hand after my home birth!

    Small but durable

These are not high waisted or low on the thighs, a pretty small version of what you would get at the hospital but they wash for reuse well so you dont need as many.

    Worked great!

I bought 2 of these and would rinse them and dry one pair while wearing the other. I alternated them for the first 24 hours until the bleeding was under control. I didn't have any issues with fit and I'm a size 14/16

not veat for big bottomed people

These were OK, but for large bottomed people, I found them a bit too short. If you're petite, they should be fine though.

    Disposable

I buy a few extras of these, above what my midwife requires, as I prefer to wear (and stain) them the first few days post-birth instead of my regular underwear. Then I can just throw them away and not have all my regular clothes stained.
