Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and PayPal.  Check and NET 30 payment are also accepted for authorized accounts only.  Paypal e-Check payments will take 3-5 days to clear.  

Business Hours

Our business hours Monday -Thursday are 9AM - 5PM Central Time. We are closed on Friday. If we do not answer the phone, then please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly.

Free shipping

All orders over $99 are eligible for free economy shipping. This applies only to orders shipping to the US Continental 48 states and the total must be $99 before tax and discounts. This value shipping method may take up to 7 business days to arrive. 

 Sales Tax

Texas and Oklahoma residents will be charged applicable state sales tax rates for taxable items. 7.5% and 6.333% respectively.  If your order is tax-exempt please contact us for a refund.

Pricing

  • We do our best to make sure the correct photo, price and copy are shown. Sometimes we make a mistake. If this happens, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, to ship the correct item or to correct the mistake.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities on any orders.
  • All orders are subject to approval prior to shipment.

Free shipping is available for orders of $99 or more.  Your order may take up to 7 business days to arrive (or 4 business days for select Texas zip codes). You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service, UPS SurePost or UPS Ground. 

 

Economy Shipping
Up to 7 business days

Our Economy shipping option is the cheapest shipping option we offer our customers and is free for orders of $99 or more.  For this value, your order may take up to 7 business days to arrive (or 4 business days for select Texas zip codes). You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service, UPS SurePost or UPS Ground

UPS Ground

1-4 business days

  • Arrives in 1-4 business days after shipment depending upon location
  • Delivered Monday-Friday
  • Physical address required (cannot be delivered to a PO Box)
  • Can be delivered to both Commercial and Residential locations

 

Express Shipping

Express orders must be placed by 3PM CST Monday-Thursday for guaranteed same day shipment.

UPS 2nd Day Air® 

  • Guaranteed delivery in 2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Saturday delivery is additional cost 
  • Physical address required (cannot be delivered to a PO Box)

UPS Next Day Air Saver®

  • Guaranteed delivery in 1 business day (Monday-Friday)
  • Saturday delivery is additional cost 
  • Physical address required (cannot be delivered to a PO Box)
Processing times

Business days are Monday-Thursday except for national holidays.  During the business week, most orders ship within 24 hours after placement and complete payment.  Tracking information is available on all shipments.  Some orders may be delayed due to products which are not in stock.

Backordered Items

Occasionally we may not have sufficient stock on hand to completely fill your order.  In this case we will backorder the items in your order we are short of and will send them separately once they arrive via our economy shipping service.  

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping 

 We offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipping along with FedEx Ground and FedEx Express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.  Orders sent to these destinations are not eligible for free shipping. Depending on the option you choose please allow up to 10 days for delivery.  If you have further questions please contact us.   

International Orders

All international orders are final.  We cannot guarantee delivery of any order that ships beyond the United States due to circumstances beyond our control.  If you have trouble regarding an international order, or for more information, please contact us.  All international orders are subject to an additional verification period before they can be shipped which may take up to 1 week.  If the international shipping quote you receive is incorrect or insufficient we reserve the right to contact you about other shipping options and cannot guarantee shipment per any given quote issued on our website. 

Lost Packages

If your order tracking information shows the order as delivered but you cannot locate your package please contact us as soon as possible.  We may be unable to replace lost packages that are not reported within 3 days of being scanned as delivered.  In His Hands is not responsible for addresses submitted incorrectly.
